I believe the fact that conflict can be both positive and negative. I strongly believe that a good argument can lead to positive change or a positive outcome. If both parties involved in an argument or conflict of any sorts are mature and calm about the way they choose to approach the situation it can result in very positive things. I try to approach conflicts in the calmest way possible because i think arguments are pointless and exhausting if both sides are stubborn and unwilling to listen to the other. Of cpurse emotions get in the way and this is not always the case with me personally. i do try my best to remain calm and collected but sometimes i get so frustrated i have to yell or be stubborn but its only momentary.
