winter break


during  Christmas break i really messed up my sleep schedule because i would go to bed at like 6 in the MORNING and sometimes i wouldnt sleep at all i would stay up really late on tiktok or on instagram , i think its really bad because i did feel really light headed in the morning and i would get in trouble because during the day is when i would sleep and since it was break me and my family had a lot of plans but i wouldnt want to go and do it because i would feel so sick.
